Four schoolboys find themselves the last virgins left at school. During the summer holidays, a girl they knew as children 11 years ago, moves back to the neighborhood. Despite their childhood attraction to her, they realize she is a mere shadow of the "princess" they all thought they knew. This story of summer - love, friendship, school, family, the hypocrisy of adults, complications of life, experience and failure is set in an everyday shopping district and shows the clumsiness of children who have developed a little later than their peers. It's a bright romantic comedy that both young and old can appreciate.

This drama shoulda been named Stupid Girls. And Yamapi, you don't hafta be horny around me, I'll clear it right up ^________~ *ahem* To stop Pi spazzing, it's funny xD It's 1 of my fav Pi dramas. 16th-Oct-2008 05:38 pm - *~Kurosagi movie~*
MY SIGNBOARD!
There are three kinds of swindlers in the world. White Swindlers (Shirosagi) prey on the innocent to steal their money. Red Swindlers (Akasagi) manipulate people's emotions to cheat their money. And then there is the Black Swindler (Kurosagi), the most powerful of them all, because he only cons other swindlers.

NEWS member Yamashita Tomohisa makes his silver screen leading man debut in the theatrical spin-off of his hit TV drama Kurosagi. Based on the manga by Natsuhara Takeshi, TBS crime suspense drama Kurosagi was aired to high ratings and audience buzz in 2006, once again confirming Yamashita's superstar status among the younger generation. Released in March 2008, the big screen adaptation sees Yamashita reprising his role as Kurosaki, a Robin Hood-like conman with a tragic past who is on a mission to rid the world of swindlers. This time he encounters his strongest rival yet, Ishigaki (Takenaka Naoto), whose elaborate corporation fraud scheme puts Japan on the brink of financial crisis.

Other than the addition of popular and prolific actor Takenaka Naoto (Nodame Cantabile, Catch a Wave), the drama's major cast members all return for the film. Actress Horikita Maki (Always - Sunset on Third Street) reprises as the law student torn between her faith in the legal system and her feelings for Kurosaki, while acclaimed actor Aikawa Sho (Dead or Alive) continues his pursuit as the police inspector forever chasing the Black Swindler

Deu is a well mannered man; more so than J, the self-confident, messy Thai-Australian girl who's always ready to belt out a karaoke number no matter how late the hour. This makes Deu hate her, causing an ongoing quarrel that seems to get more serious everyday. Once, when J was brokenhearted, a gay friend gave her the telephone number of the radio DJ of a talk show called "The Lonely Wave". But it just so happens that the night J chooses to call him, Deu, usually the DJ's assistant, is filling in while the usual DJ is on leave. Deu's unpracticed jerky vocal delivery makes J think she's talking with a madman or a simpleton, so she begins talking dirty with the stand-in DJ, completely forgetting that her sex talk is being broadcast live on air to the nation.
From imdb

Beam's a good actor. It's pretty obv Deur and Jay are gunna end up together, but I wondered HOW. The phone sex is funny xD There's a sad moment but spoilers. There's a bit where Beam's topless but stupid photographers only show his back D: Ray's a BASTARD! I want the OST!

MY SIGNBOARD!
Directed by 23-year-old Yin-jung Chen (AKA DJ Chen), FORMULA 17 puts a lighthearted, humorous spin on gay life in Taiwan, painting an idealized portrait that contains no mention of the difficulties associated with the gay community. Ponderous topics like AIDS, societal pressures, or coming-out issues are absent, and there are no women or straight people--only beautiful young men with hearts more or less made of gold. This candy-coated depiction comes off as a refreshing celebration of the simple joy of being young, gay, and in love. Tien is a 17-year-old country boy who has just arrived in Taipei to meet an internet friend he has been corresponding with. It soon becomes clear, however, that the prospective man of Tien's dreams--whose online handle is "Beast Man"--is only out for one thing, so Tien flees to a nightclub where his childhood friend, the flamboyant Yu, slings drinks with enthusiasm. Yu takes his naïve friend under his wing, scoffing at Tien's dogged insistence on waiting for love before he loses his virginity, and attempting to educate him in the ways of urban existence. Tien persists in his virtue, resisting the advances of a hunky plumber hired by Yu and his crew of queens for the purposes of deflowering the boy. Meanwhile, it seems Tien has caught the eye of the local playboy, Bai, whose reputation for loving and leaving is well-established. Tien is likewise drawn to Bai but is justly wary of his past, and the two enact a halting courtship fraught with misunderstanding that stems from Bai's fear of intimacy. The entirety of the film takes on the structure of a Greek comedy, complete with a chorus--Yu and his friends, who provide humorous commentary on the action--and a deux ex machina that pretty much saves the day. There is never any real doubt as to how this love story will end, but the pleasure of the story lies in the telling.

The guy who plays Bai's hot *points to icon* I think the director is a woman which is funny xD It's corny but good. Alan's funny. He reminds me of the 1 in NEWS I can't remember the name of but he left and you only see him in the NEWS Nippon PV

Sumin is an orphan trying to balance work in a factory with study at art college and an evening job. One night a rich young businessman tries to proposition him during one of his driving jobs. They meet again the next day: it is during a round of redundancy cuts at the factory where Sumin refuses an attempt by a man (who is in fact the boss' son Jaemin) to save his job. Eventually Sumin is seduced into working as a male prostitute in an upmarket boy-brothel as Jaemin's obsession with him grows, leaving Jaemin helpless in the face of his overwhelming desire. This is a film of bold sexuality, where unexpected passion, desire and misunderstandings wreak havoc of an operatic intensity.

It was nice to see a gay movie by an actually gay director. The end's wierd o____O but it's a good film. I'm convinced the writer was a DBSK fan. Jaemin, Sumin and there's a guy who's Yoochun's DOUBLE! And coz of Meghan and Lou, this film'll never be the same xD

Famous for his offbeat character in SBS's popular sitcom Soonpoong Clinic, veteran actor Oh Ji Myung makes his directorial debut with the black comedy Shit Up! (a.k.a. Non of Your Cheek !) about three aging gangsters seeking revenge on another gangster responsible for putting them in jail fifteen years ago. An unexpected turn of events puts them in the awkward situation of working as bodyguards for their enemy's young aspiring singer daughter and her boyfriend. Oh co-stars with two other seasoned television comics, Choi Bul Am (She's On Duty) and Noh Joo Hyun (Unhindered Highkick), along with Im Yoo Jin (Haan), Lee Jin Sung (He Was Cool), and Kim Jung Hoon (Palace). Offering a delectable cinematic experience through slapstick comedy, witty dialogue, and impressive wire-action, this hilarious crime adventure also touches on sentimental themes such as family values and the never-ending strife between older and younger generations.

Set in the late 80s during the height of Korea's economic crisis, three leading gangsters of the Jong No division - straight-shooter Byuk Dol (Choi Bul Am), quick-tempered Gae Dduk (Noh Joo Hyun), and street-smart Sam Bok (Oh Ji Myung) - are roaming the streets of Seoul after spending the last fifteen years locked up in jail. Their sole mission is to find and seek revenge on Dong Pal, the very man responsible of robbing them of their precious freedom. But when they find Dong Pal, they end up taking on a reluctant job as bodyguards for Dong Pal's daughter Eun Ji (Im Yoo Jin) and her boyfriend Myung Suk (Kim Jung Hoon).
